TribeBuilder Data Deletion Instructions

Effective Date: May 15, 2026

TribeBuilder stores all user data locally on your device. We do not maintain servers that store your personal data. This means you have full control over your data at all times.

How to Delete Your Data

Option 1: Delete from within the app

  1. Open TribeBuilder on your iPhone.
  2. Go to Settings (gear icon).
  3. Under each connected platform, tap Disconnect to remove stored OAuth tokens.
  4. Under AI Services, tap to remove any stored API keys.
  5. Your persona data, content history, and scheduled posts are stored locally and will be removed when you uninstall the app.

Option 2: Uninstall the app

Deleting the TribeBuilder app from your device removes all locally stored data, including:

  1. OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens (stored in iOS Keychain)
  2. AI service API keys (stored in iOS Keychain)
  3. Persona profiles, content history, and scheduled posts (stored in SwiftData)
  4. All app preferences and settings

Option 3: Revoke access from the platform

You can also revoke TribeBuilder's access directly from each social media platform:

  1. Facebook: Go to Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites and remove TribeBuilder.
  2. Instagram: Go to Instagram Settings > Apps and Websites > Active and remove TribeBuilder.
  3. TikTok: Go to TikTok Settings > Security > Manage app permissions and remove TribeBuilder.
  4. Google/YouTube: Go to Google Account Permissions and remove TribeBuilder.
  5. X (Twitter): Go to X Settings > Security and Account Access > Apps and Sessions and revoke TribeBuilder.
Important: Revoking platform access does not delete content already published to those platforms. To remove published posts, use each platform's native tools.
